Positive: Athletic prospect coming off a terrific senior campaign. Displays a burst through the hole, keeps his feet moving up the field, and works runs hard. Shows strength in his lower body and falls forward for yardage. Runs with an aggressive style, putting his shoulders into opponents and staying on his feet.
Negative: Not a quick cutback runner. Very raw in his techniques. Undersized and coming off an injury.
Analysis: White displayed tremendous skill last season carrying the ball as well as catching it. He offers decent upside and could find a place on an NFL roster as a third-down back/return specialist."
Negatives: Less than ideal size, may struggle around the goal line... Lacks a second gear, can get chased from behind, has just average timed speed... Only has one solid year of production, isn't really proven as an elite talent on the field... Inflated his stats this year with two large outbursts against the weak defenses of East Carolina and William & Mary, accounting for 304 of his 720 yards on the season... Has very short arms... Suffered a broken collarbone in November, 2010 in a game against Florida State forcing him to miss the rest of the season... Limited upside, likely only a third down option."
Strengths: Burst onto the seen in the wake of Ryan Houston's eligibility troubles and made the most of his opportunities as a senior. Shows both some wiggle and some power. Had several long runs over the course of the 2010 season, and turned some heads. Has some real desire, and will work at his craft. Former WR with very nice hands out of the backfield.
Weaknesses: Marginal size and overall athleticism. Will struggle blocking. A one-year wonder who will need lots of off-game-filed evaluation do to the limited game footage. Average speed. Jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none type.
Projection: Priority UDFA who could surprise in camp."
